TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. I declare that the use of the vehicle(s) hereby entered is covered by insurance as required by the relevant Road Traffic Acts. 2. I understand that the organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to any of the vehicles listed and will notify me if this is the case. 3. I confirm that the driver(s) of the vehicle(s) entered hold(s), and is/are not disqualified from holding, a licence to drive a vehicle of the appropriate class. 4. Display locations and movement of display vehicles are under the control of the show organisers and Marshals. 5. I agree to follow all instructions issued by the organisers and Marshals. 6. Display vehicles should be in position by 10:00 (gates open at 07:30) on Sunday and should not leave before 16:00 unless the Organisers have granted permission. This must be made known to the Marshals on arrival. 7. I understand that the speed limit on site is 5mph and that there can be no vehicle movement in the Bus Display area between 10:00 and 16:00 unless supervised by Marshals (see 5. Above) 8. I agree to give notice of any changes to attendance of any vehicles detailed. 9. With the exception of guide dogs, we regret that pets are not permitted in any indoor areas. Pets must be kept on a lead at all times. 10. For each vehicle you exhibit you will be entitled to free admission for the driver and up to three passengers who will be issued with wristbands. Additional passengers are £5.00 per person which can be booked in advanced or purchased on the gate.
